Something terrible has happened to our mom!! She suddenly came down with this horrible disease called “A JOB” and, apparently, this JOB forces her to leave the house EVERYDAY and stay away ALL DAY!
Can you believe it! Terrible terrible sickies!
She tells us it’s because she likes to eat, and, of course, feed us nommy foodables, but still…
Here’s Sketcher trying to get Mom to play after her long day at the JOB.
I double dog dare you to play with me!
But Mom always says, “No Sketcher, I’m too tired.”
Then I try with my “Don’t I look so pathetic” look.
The toy...the green thing behind me...go get it!
Alas, this JOB disease seems to be immune to my considerable charms.
We’re hoping things return to normal soon.
Do your humans suffer from a JOB too?? We hope this isn’t some pandemic!

Sadly, both of my humans suffer from the same terrible afflictaion! At least Mom’s lets up four times a year. She calls these times breaks and they usually last three weeks at a time, although it lasts more like five or six weeks in the summer. I’m always glad when she has these remissions from the dread disease!

I am not sure what kind of disease our mom has. She just drives around all day in her car. She leaves in the morning in her car and then comes home at night in her car. We love car rides too but we think it is a bit obsessive…and why doesn’t she take us with her?

Yeah…my hoomans have that crap too. Daddy leaves at the butt-crack of dawn, Holden goes to school and mommy works here in the office at home and then ignores me for hours at a time.
I got the same excuse about being able to buy foodables and other nonsense.
Whatevs.

Jobs suck! Our mom has one, but she gets to work from home a lot, so we are happy about that.
Thanks for the name suggestion for our fella. Can you believe that we already know a Grey named Fella? We think it is an awesome name too.

Yes! My hoomans suffer from that thing as well! They call it earning bones for me… Really, really stupid! You know what the worst is?! They both manage to get to do their stuff OVERSEAS (over the sea?! I like the sea but not when it takes my hoomans!) My mom is in Germany at the moment and my dad is here and when my mom is on her way from a place called Singapore on Sunday night my dad will be on his way to the same place? Do you get that?! Why can’t they both stay in one place and earning bones?!??!!?

My Mummy finished her skool klasses in the munth kalled December, dressed up in a funny kostume and getted a peece of paper. Now she is looking fer won of those j-o-b-s too.

Hi Sketcher & Angel – my humans have that same disease too! Although I am lucky that one of them – Hsin-Yi – has the kind of Job Disease which means that she can stay at home – but that doesn’t mean she plays with me or anything! Nope, she just ignroes me and spends all day looking at the computer sreen and banging on the keyboard…not that I care, really, coz day time is my sleeping time. The few times she tried to do some training with me coz she thought I was bored – I just ignored her and kept on snoring! 😀
